Responsibilities
- Organize shipment of product incentive to all retailers;
- Manage HK Third Party warehouse and negotiate cost;
- Help to dispatch counter materials following guideline;
- Arrange/allocate all materials for promotions/events;
- Create displayer planogram database for all doors;
- Support the team in the preparation of market visits;
- Communicate all marketing material and POSM to contractors.
Requirements
- Prefer working in Travel Retail or Beauty industry;
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint;
- Good understanding of figures, and working knowledge of office equipment;
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills;
- Team player who can work independently, resourceful, and self-motivated.
