Our client is a well-known luxury fashion brand with proven track record, who is looking for the Department Manager to join in-store their team. |
| Responsibilities |
- Report directly to the Boutique Manager
- Lead a team of Sales Associates
- Enforce the policies and procedures of the company
- Provide training for Sales Associates to ensure they are in line with the brand personality
- In charge of visual merchandising and stock management for the entire department
- Manage the VIP database and be able to engage and connect with customers by providing world class customer service

| Requirements |
- Minimum 4 years of experience in relevant luxury retail
- A team leader who is professional and able to connect with customers, exposure to luxury fashion is a must, preferably in jewelry / accessories / leather goods
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Knowledge of computing system
- Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
