Client Information Our client is a well-established Japanese Company with proven track record in the Retail Industry who is looking for high caliber Human Resources Manager to join their professional team.The company is mainly engaged in the operation integrated shopping store (GMS) with providing a wide range of daily necessary merchandise at economical price to customers. The merchandise is broadly categorized into food, fashion, household items and electrical appliances. It currently operates its own general merchandise stores and independent Supermarket. 
Responsibilities
  • Handle payroll and benefits administrations
  • In charge of all C&B operations for Hong Kong Office, including monthly payroll, MPF administration, employee benefits matters
  • Provide full set HR services to different departments, including assisting in recruitment
  • Work closely with internal and external parties
  • Support to Senior management in terms of C&B and payroll services
Requirements
  • Diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 7-8 year full-time working experience in Human Recourses field
  • Experienced in FMCG or Retails industry is highly preferred
  • Business level in written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Good team player, stable, detail-minded, multi-tasking
  • Excellent communication and management skills
Salary Range Up to HKD 30,000
