| Responsibilities |
- To drive retail sales according to brand’s goals and objectives as well as boosting the frontline team’s performance and productivity
- To recruit, supervise, coach, provide on-going feedback and motivate frontline sales team and instill sales and marketing objectives to the team in line with customer profile and business strategy of the POS and the brand
- To coordinate with duty free’s team to ensure monthly replenishment orders and efficient stock processing to ensure optimum inventory to POS
- To ensure that the frontline team follow selling and make-up techniques and to express the brand value through excellent customer service
- To be responsible for all in-store and events execution as well as providing feedback report after each promotion event
- To build in-store relationships with duty free’s store management and selling teams to ensure smooth retail operation
- To support brand team to implement and execute new launchers’ calendar meeting merchandising’s objective

| Requirements |
- Diploma or above in business, marketing or related disciplines
- At least 3 years relevant working experience in luxury retail industry preferably in beauty and cosmetics background, with experience in supervisory role will be considered as more senior role
- With experience in department store or/and travel retail will be a big advantage
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese
- A team player with good retail & service coaching skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
