| Responsibilities |
- Report to the Manager in the Lounge Management Team to
- To handle recruitment process along lounges across the region
- To coordinate with different external parties and partners to make negotiation on contract terms as well as preparing lounge agreements and addendums
- To work closely with the lounge operators in airport and maintain good relationship
- To provide all rounded support and prepare guidelines to lounges
- To maintain service excellence by well handling complaints, visit billing enquiries and other lounge related issues
- To liaison with internal stakeholders to ensure overall success
- To perform data analysis regularly by preparing weekly and monthly report
- To report to Relationship Manager and support any ad-hoc projects

- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 4 years of related experience in customer or/and clients servicing and managing industries; preferably in bank, F&B or lounges
- Solid experience in client relationship management would be first consideration
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) is mandatory
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Well-organized, independent, detail-minded to handle multi-tasks effectively
