Our client is a well-known beauty care brand with progressive expansion plan, who is looking for the Personal Assistant to Regional Director, Asia Pacific to join their team. |
Responsibilities |
- To provide full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support to Regional Director;
- To perform professional receptionist duties including visitors greeting, incoming calls and enquiries handling etc;
- To consolidate reports, perform data analysis and assist in the preparation of business reports, proposals or presentations;
- To liaise and coordinate with internal departments or external parties such as vendors, landlords or suppliers for business functions and events; provide support in corporate communication;
- To manage and organize schedule of Director, to be responsible for meeting, conference or business travel arrangements;
- To manage the general office administration and clerical support for the office;

Requirements |
- Tertiary education in any disciplines, preferably in business administration;
- Native Cantonese and Excellent in English is a must;
- Energetic, detail-minded, multi-tasking, proactive; patient
- Mature, able to work independently, strong organization and communication skills;
- Have potential to grow
- Passionate to beauty industry
- Minimum 3 years working experience as a Personal Assistant or in Sales or Marketing related areas, experience in serving Director or senior management is highly preferred; Experience in beauty industry will be an advantage;
