Our client is a well-known international beauty brand with proven track record, who is looking for the Administrative Assistant to join their team. A candidate with more experience will be considered as Office Administrator.

Responsibilities |
- To provide full spectrum of administrative and clerical support to companies, including meeting coordination, business travel and accommodation arrangement;
- To answer incoming calls, take messages and greet visitors with good manner as the receptionist;
- To provide administrative support to HR and other departments for handle business correspondences, reports, proposals and presentation materials;
- To perform office administration duties like office supplies ordering and office maintenance;
- To be responsible for office management, review operating practices and derive enhancement plan when necessary;
- To assist ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements |
- Tertiary education in any disciplines, preferably in business administration or related disciplines;
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in solid secretarial and administrative experience preferably in retailing/ customer service, experience in beauty or skincare industry is an advantage;
- Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin, proficiency in English is a plus;
- Proficient computer skills;
- Cheerful, detail-minded, multi-tasking and proactive attribute;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with team spirit;
- A candidate with more experience will be considered as Office Administrator.
