Our client is a well-known international lifestyle brand with proven track record, who is looking for the Office Administrator/ Administrative Assistant to join their team. A candidate with less experience will be considered as Support Associate. |
Responsibilities |
- To provide full spectrum of administrative and clerical support to the company;
- To provide support to HR department including the preparation of business correspondences, reports, and proposals;
- To provide general customer service including answering incoming calls and greeting visitors with good manner;
- To perform office administration duties like office supply ordering and office maintenance;
- To be responsible for office management, review operating practices and derive enhancement plan when necessary;
- To provide support in ad hoc projects as and when required.

- Tertiary education, preferably in business administration or related disciplines;
- 2 years’ solid secretarial and administrative experience preferably in retail/ hospitality/ airline industry; experience in beauty sector or international brand is an advantage;
- Candidates with experience in handling sales administration duties, e.g. order processing/ shipping arrangement will also be considered;
- Fluent Cantonese and English, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus;
- Proficient computer skills;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with team spirit;
- Cheerful, detail-minded, multi-tasking and proactive attribute;
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Support Associate.
