Our client is a well-known multi-national luxury brand with proven track record, who is looking for the Assistant Boutique Manager/ Department Manager to join their team. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Boutique Manager . |
Responsibilities |
- To manage store operations and ensure customer service standards;
- To strengthen the brand image in both the store and the community by developing a strong network of clients and customers;
- To participate in the recruitment and selection process; motivate the team, provide coaching, training and performance evaluations on a regular basis in order to optimize team performance;
- To work closely with department managers on monthly sales targets setting and review; to enhance the sales performance in all product categories by developing cross-selling and improving customer foot flow;
- To optimize the stock levels by having an in-depth understanding on the fashion trends and communicating with buyers

Requirements |
- Tertiary education, preferably in business administration or related discipline;
- Minimum 5 years’ hands-on retail store experience, with 2 years in supervisory positions; experience in luxury fashion brands is an advantage;
- Consumer-centric, detailed-minded, proactive and able to work under pressure;
- Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
- Good leadership and people management skills;
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Boutique Manager
