Our client is an internationally recognized well-known and luxury skincare & beauty brand and they are looking for a Regional Manager – Retail Performance, Training and Development to join their energetic team. |
Responsibilities |
- Develop and implement plans strategically to drive the retail performance and core kPIs with the local insights;
- Actively collaborate with regional marketing, merchandising and other internal parties to drive and coordinate a specific event strategies;
- Have good understanding of the group standards, policies and procedures;
- Provide coaching to the local teams in order to maximize the efficiency on field;
- Accompany, assist and follow up with the deployment for long term customer relationship building;
- Identify and facilitate sharing of best practices within the multinational group through seminars and other related training sessions;
- Collaborate with regional marketing and merchandising team to drive & coordinate a specific strategies for APAC;
- Consolidate the markets’ feedback and report to the regional management office

Requirements |
- Degree or above, preferred business administration
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail operation/ training and education/ sales management in retail industry highly preferred in luxury beauty; with regional exposure especially in APAC is highly preferred;
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English;
- Excellent analysis, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
- Strong leading skill, team spirit, multi-tasking and detail-oriented;
- Willing to travel if needed;
- A candidate will less experience will be considered as Assistant Regional Manager – Retail Performance, Training and Development.
