Our client is a well-known international beauty care brand with proven track record, who is looking for the Temporary Training Assistant to join their team and provide administration and logistics support for the Regional Training Department. Industry: Perfumes, Cosmetics & Beauty care |
Responsibilities |
- Assist in travel retail beauty training tools & programs development;
- Provide support in video editing & translations coordination with external vendors;
- Work with marketing teams to execute designs of training modules;
- Provide logistics support to ensure training tools and materials are delivered on time;
- Offer administrative support such as monitoring, managing and upgrading the databases; prepare and consolidate training reports for management review;
- Support arrangements and ad hoc duties for Beauty Consultant uniforms.

- Diploma or above in HR/ Marketing/ Translations or related disciplines is preferred
- Experience in clerical/ administrative support/ retail sales preferred; experience in retail/ beauty brands is an advantage;
- Experience in training coordination is an advantage;
- Processing digital savvy, adaptable to multimedia platforms, knowledgeable in video editing preferred;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin);
- Good organization and communication skills;
- Eager to learn, detail-minded and self-motivated with a good sense of responsibility;
- Fresh graduates with passion to develop career path in retail/ fashion & beauty industry will also be considered.
