Responsibilities
- Develop and plan all rounded marketing strategies with prime focus on promotion and communication strategies for both Hong Kong and the Mainland markets
- Review communication channels and media approach, generate ideas and collaborate with operational functions on Marketing & Promotion programs for execution at local level
- Advise operation management on marketing & promotion budgeting and sourcing
- Conduct research on consumer behavior study and market competition
- Lead and facilitate strategic alliance with external partners
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in business administration and marketing management
- At least 12 years relevant integrated marketing experience with mainland and Hong Kong; digital marketing and event promotion is an advantage
- Strong language literacy in both verbal and written English & Chinese (Mandarin)
- Excellent organization and leadership skills with sophisticated interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Able to work independently and a good, proactive, energetic and sensible team player with self-motivation, creativity and positive working attitude
- Travel to the Mainland is required
