Chief Financial Officer (Stationed in Shanghai)
Our client is a fashion enterprise with over 20 year’s history in Shanghai. The brand is now looking for Chief Financial Officer to lead their dynamic finance team and support their growing business in China. The role is to organize and develop the company’s financial management and accounting system, supervision and inspection of financial all levels operations, capital income and expenditure.

Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 6 to oversee full spectrum of Finance function in China, establish and improve the financial management system;
- Supervise the company cost control and the implementation of the relevant system;
- Forecast, manage and control company’s capital needs and improve the efficiency of capital utilization;
- Organize and develop company’s financial management and accounting system, supervision and inspection of financial all levels operations and capital income and expenditure;
- Participate in the operation and management of the company, promote the business connection and cooperation among various departments, and provide financial related decision to management;
- Arrange and coordinate various tax affairs and conducting tax planning reasonably;
- Regularly conduct financial status and business status analysis, and regarding the problem or issue which in course of business, timely submit financial analysis reports and rationalize proposals to company management, help company to continuously improve the management skill
Requirements
- Degree holder in finance, accounting or related discipline with professional qualification in Accounting (HKICPA, AICPA, ACCA);
- At least 6 years working experience in senior financial management position, prefer in manufacturing industry;
- Good knowledge of accounting standards HKCPA and GAAP, laws, tax rules and custom regulations in Shanghai, China.
- Strong risk management, execution ability and sense of responsibility;
- Rich experience in budget management, cost management, tax planning and financing;
- Fluent English and Mandarin is a must, fluent Cantonese is preferable;
- Flexible, open-minded and adventurous character with good interpersonal skills.
