Our client is a leading international luxury beauty brand with proven track record. They are looking for a seasoned caliber to join their dynamic team as Regional CRM Manager for the APAC market.

Responsibilities |
- To facilitate the effective execution of data-driven CRM strategies across digital and physical consumer touchpoints and ensure they are in line with global and regional direction across the Asia Pacific region;
- To drive and implement policies, guidelines, standards and best practice for VIP and loyalty programs and ensure their alignment with global strategies;
- To work closely with the digital marketing and ecommerce teams on identifying and developing strategies for more effective targeting and personalization across different social media platform with the use of CRM data;
- To support the execution of CRM activities in markets where no capabilities exist locally; including agency management and the execution of email campaigns;
- To ensure the legal compliance of CRM data application.

- Degree holder, education background in Marketing/ Business Administration is an advantage;
- 6 years’ relevant experience preferably in luxury retail sector; experience in luxury beauty brands will be highly regarded;
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Solid experience in using business intelligence tools such as Qlikview, PowerBI or related platforms;
- Excellent analytical, communication, decision-making and influencing skills;
- Independent, able to work in a fast-paced environment, a good team player with customer-driven mindset.
