Our client is a fashion enterprise with over 20 year’s history in Shanghai. The brand is now looking for Management Trainees to join their dynamic team and support their growing business. The role is to provide support to the Director in developing new business unit. It is an once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for calibers who desire to explore their potential and grow with the company with exposure to the mainland market.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate the planning and execution of group strategies for setting up a new business unit;
- Support the development and launch of the ERP system for the group with close collaboration of various departments and the new business unit;
- Perform business review, data mining and analysis for the corporation development;
- Develop business planning and look for opportunities while supporting operational functions for the company to grow in B2B market in Greater China;
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to Regional Director.
Requirements
- 1-2 years’ working experience with Finance or other Business-related knowledge, fresh graduate with valuable quality are also welcomed;
- Academic background or knowledge regarding China Studies or Fashion will be an advantage;
- Proficient in MS Office applications with strong competency in Excel;
- Excellent language literacy, English and Mandarin is a must, fluent Cantonese is preferable;
- Flexible, open-minded and adventurous character with good interpersonal skills.
