The role is to support the local purchase and merchandising activities in their Travel Retail Department in Hong Kong, surrounded by highly talented professionals, it is a great opportunity for someone wanting to build an international career at a world class brand.

Responsibilities
- Support merchandising and sales in new openings and projects;
- Manage merchandises display and co-ordinate sales promotion activities;
- Prepare materials for new launch/animation and coordinate events;
- Support invoicing and related activities;
- Distribute and manage testers of products;
- Assist in supply inventory, inventory level and replenishment (for stock and testers);
- Provide administrative support in clerical work such as documentations and data entries;
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned;
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline with at least 1 year experience in sales administration/coordination;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications;
- Good understanding of accounting and figures, and working knowledge of office equipment;
- Good customer service, written and verbal communication skills
- Team player who can work independently, resourceful, and self-motivated.
