Sales and Merchandising Assistant

Responsibilities
- Support merchandising and sales in new openings and projects;
- Manage merchandises display and prepare materials for coordinating sales promotion activities;
- Support invoicing and related documentation duties;
- Distribute and manage testers of products;
- Assist in supply inventory, inventory level and replenishment (for stock and testers);
- Provide general clerical and administrative support for sales and merchandising team;
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned;
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline with at least 1 year experience in sales administration/coordination;
- Prefer working in Travel Retail or Beauty industry;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications;
- Good understanding of figures, and working knowledge of office equipment;
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills;
- Team player who can work independently, resourceful, and self-motivated.
