Training Manager – Travel Retail, North Asia

Our client is a well-known luxury jeweler, who is looking for a Training Manager to join their team to manage and implement training and development initiatives for travel retail accounts in North Asia region.

Responsibilities
- To assess the training needs of the organization, and devising a training strategy;
- To evaluate & implement training programs to facilitate continuous improvement of training deliverables, sales productivity, brand loyalty and market share growth;
- To build and drive an effective coaching culture amongst the store leadership to drive team performance;
- To motivate retail teams to drive sales, develop clientele, meet and exceed the client experience objectives of the company;
- To work with cross functional management, other departments, and regional function team to support the initiatives and efforts of the market
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related discipline;
- Minimum 5 years’ training / coaching experience, in retail industry is an advantage;
- Proficient Cantonese, English, and Mandarin skill in both written & spoken; or another Asian language is a definite plus;
- Excellent communication, training, presentation, observation, coaching and interpersonal skills
- Excellent competencies in computer literacy i.e. Word, power-point, Excel;
- Willingness to commute and travel in North Asia (requires weekend hours)
