Regional C&B Assistant Manager
Our client is a well-known luxury beauty brand with proven track record, who is looking for a Regional C&B Assistant Manager to join their regional team with focus on Compensation and Benefits function to achieve business goals in Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities
- To coordinate and communicate on the ICR process, liaising directly with markets on whole process and operational follow up;
- To assess and implement company rules and policies; keep abreast of market C&B trends and evolution, statutory and regulatory changes;
- To support local teams on salary surveys, market benchmarking, internal equity analysis and salary structure assessment;
- To perform local audits and make recommendation based on gap analysis and costs impacts;
- To coordinate HR reporting, budget preparation and provide analytical and monitoring support;
- To be responsible for expatriate relocation management for International Transfers cases;
- To conduct ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Tertiary education; preferably in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
- 5 years of experience in C&B fields;
- Fluent English and Cantonese (French a plus);
- Excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills;
- Detail-minded, patient, proactive and independent
