Our client is a dynamic health & beauty company with continuous business growth, to cope with their rapid expansion, they are currently looking for a Buyer/ Buying and Merchandizing Manager to join their dynamic team. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Buying and Merchandizing Executive.

Responsibilities
- To source from worldwide skin care brands, mainly focus on European/American market and identify products opportunities;
- To monitor the performance of assigned brands for planning strategies and marketing activities;
- To forecast seasonal purchase budgets, analyze sales performance and maintain the healthy stock level;
- To work closely with the China E-commerce team for the sourcing plan
- To collaborate with vendors for formulation of sales plan and marketing programs in a certain period
- To cooperate with internal functions for Brands’ campaigns.
Requirements
- Degree holder or related in discipline
- At least 3 years relevant experience, preferably in beauty/cosmetics industry
- Strong interest and knowledge of beauty & cosmetics products
- Experience in sourcing resource on European/American Skin Care brands will be an advantage
- Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email) with a strong command in English and Chinese, both oral and writing.
- Leadership, proactive, presentation & problem-solving skills;
- Immediate available is preferable
