Sales and Marketing Manager
Our client is an international beauty care company with a progressive expansion plan. They are currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to build a regional/international career in global beauty brands.
Candidate with less experience will be consider as Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:
- To facilitate brands building, awareness and reach business and sales objectives by developing strategic plan and marketing activities;
- To identify new business opportunities off and online by conducting market studies.
- To coach, motivate and lead 1-2 assistants and the beauty advisor team;
- To report to management and make recommendations on market trends, local market feedback, business intelligence report on competitors and sell-through;
- To manage inflight services and the network of multiple point of sales at specialized beauty retailer and counter at department stores;
- To communicate with Brand’s Headquarter marketing and branding team so as to get optimal support;
- To perform ad hoc assignment if required.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of overall experience in brand management, sales and marketing related functions, experience in international companies and masstige/prestige beauty sector would be an advantage
- Degree holder major in marketing, business administration, commerce or related field
- Solid sales channels expertise (department stores, specialized beauty prestige retailers) for the Hong Kong market is highly referable
- Fluent in both English and Cantonese
- Team leader with creative and innovative branding approach, strong communication and interpersonal skills, entrepreneur mindset and strategic mindset
