Our client is a young and dynamic health & beauty company, to code with their rapid expansion, they are now looking for a Retail Operation Manager to join their energetic team. Candidate less experience will be considered as Store Manager.

Job Responsibilities:
- To oversee health supplement and skincare stores in Macau
- To lead the front line sales team so as to achieve high quality customer services and product introduction
- To ensure smooth daily operation by managing the sales team
- To select a suitable location for new stores and monitor the fit-up process
- To execute and implement the sales and marketing strategies
Job Requirements:
- 5 years’ experience in retail industry with 2 years’ experience in managerial role
- Experience in medicine, skincare and cosmetic is an advantage
- Interested in skincare, personal care products with strong people management and deep understanding in operation management
- Good spoken Cantonese and Mandarin
- Station in Macau and require shift work (Remark: Company will provide Macau and Hong Kong round-trip ferry tickets every week)
- Immediate available is an advantage
