Our client is a well-known luxury beauty company with proven track record, who is looking for an Regional Finance Controlling Manager/ Financial Controller Asia Pacific to join their team. It is an exciting opportunity for talents who are passionate to build a career at a high-end brand.

Responsibilities
- To corporate with all Area Manager of agents, hand office and market subsidiaries in financial work (e.g. budget setup, provide suggestion);
- To prepare the business and financial team input for Budget and Regulation updated;
- To report and analysis the performance (e.g. profitability, financial information) to local and regional management regularly;
- To evaluate and align the data across the region for business analysis in wording of business strategy;
- To report of commercial, finical and HR information to head office by monthly;
- To communicate with financial department in Paris for Asia related decision
Requirements
- University graduate with strong presentation skill, analytical skill and action oriented;
- 10 years’ experience of controlling is required and 3 years’ experience in regional business is a plus;
- Fluent in written and spoken English (Knowledge of French is an advantage);
- Understand of sales & marketing is necessary and knowledge of cosmetic & perfumery industry is a plus;
- Knowledge of EPR system for finical (e.g. SPA)
- Experience of and willing to work in different culture environment
