Our client is a leading international luxury beauty group with proven track record. They are looking for a seasoned caliber to join their dynamic team as Regional Training Manager for the Asia market.

Responsibilities
- To work closely with the Central Team for planning and organizing regional seminars and training specificity activities in accordance with Asia identified needs.;
- To provide inputs on the development of training modules, training tools, consultation tools and specific protocols with the Regional Marketing Operational team and the Central Training Team;
- To monitor, develop, motivate and coach the Training Team in the region;
- To encourage the best practice sharing and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs in the region;
- To support Mystery Shopping coordination, ensure the training implementation are in line with the marketing plan and new launches, and make action plan on restitution;
- To consolidate Asia countries feedback and complete special projects as assigned by central and regional management.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in training and development with managerial and field experience
- Experience in beauty and retail industry will be an advantage
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Qualified and Certified Beauty Therapist will be a plus
- Team player with effective communication skills, strong understanding in luxury business, strategic agility and adaptable leading skills
