General Manager
Our client is a newly formed joint venture by two well-known and international brands in Travel Retail industry, to cope with their rapid expansion, they are now looking for a General Manager to lead their dynamic team, manage their development plan and report to the CEO who is located in Beijing.

Responsibilities
- To be responsible for managing overall Wine, Liquor and Tobacco business in achieving the financial, business and operations objectives set by the Group and The Board;
- To adapt and deliver Hong Kong and China work practices in a professional management manner;
- To handle licensing issues of non-dutiable Wine, Liquor and Tobacco goods and ensure all activities are Custom compliance;
- To monitor functions of retail operations, merchandising, logistics, customer services, marketing, finance, human resources and information technology;
- To manage 8 points of sales with 400 front-line staffs and 60 office staffs.
Requirements
- Experience in managing multi-categories retailing or department stores is a must;
- Experience in handling China market or Chinese state enterprise is an advantage;
- Strong strategic thinking and sales-driven mindset;
- Excellent command of spoken and written English & Chinese;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Leadership with open-mind, positive attitude and flexibility;
