Human Resource Business Partner/Assistant Human Resources Manager
Our client is an interactive digital marketing agency with continuous business growth, to cope with their rapid expansion, they are currently looking for a Human Resource Business Partner Lead to join their dynamic team. Candidate with less experience will be consider as Assistant Human Resources Manager.

Responsibilities
- To oversee talent management including talent acquisition, compensation and benefit, training and development, performance management, employee relations etc. and directly report to the Chief Executive Officer
- To establish, implement and evaluate the administration policy and procedure
- To manage organizational changes, facilitate growth of company culture and maintain positive employee relations
- To support team leader in employee selection and on boarding arrangement
- To assist C&B project i.e. sales incentives formulation, salary and bonus review, budgeting and benchmarking
- To manage employee performance by conducting goal development, performance appraisals and process review
Requirements
- A recognized degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to communicate and counseling effectively with staff at all levels
- Proficiency in both written and oral Chinese and English
- Exposure from IT, Publishing or advertising industry will be an advantage
