Responsibilities:
- Develop annual sales budget and monthly target to stores;
- Train and develop front line staff with good selling technique;
- Manage stock mix at POS;
- Monitor market environment and prepare weekly report to headquarter;
- Coaching front line staff on selling;
- To perform ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
- University preferable, good computer skill;
- Good leadership and analytic skill;
- 5 years or above experience in sales management, cosmetics retail will be an advantage;
- Good command of English and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), especially Excel;
- Experience in marketing or beauty industry is a plus.
