By having a progressive expansion plan in Hong Kong, they are currently looking for a Trainer to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Conduct field coaching and classroom training for staff members;
- Work closely with the Education Manager to develop the training strategy;
- Assist Education Manager in preparing training materials;
- Deliver training programs on new product launch, product refreshment & field coaching to the frontline staff;
- Conduct regular store & competitors visit;
- Groom the selling technique of frontline staff and coach staff to ensure service standard;
- To perform ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
- 3 years or above experience in retail industry, cosmetics retail will be an advantage;
- Good computer skill (Proficient in PowerPoint);
- With fragrance knowledge will be preferable;
- Experience in marketing or beauty industry is a plus;
- Good at selling and coaching skill;
- Willing to work on field.
