Training Manager
Our client is an international recognized and luxury group in which aims to deliver the quality product and service to the customers in retailing industry. This well-known brand is looking for a passionate and proactive caliber for the position of Training Manager to join their energetic team and support the business development in local market.

Responsibilities
- Coordinates with retail and management team for business performance and report to Senior Manager
- Collaborate with merchandising team regularly for new product updates training
- Develop training goals and implement training plans programs for retail team and store management team in accordance to market’s business goals
- Demonstrate tutorial and modify training materials implemented by headquarters
- Identify learning opportunities for retail team and provide beauty advisors progress and feedback to Store Manager
- Responsible for Mystery Shopper Program (MSP) analysis and action plans
Requirements
- Around 6 years of in similar capacity in beauty industry
- Fluent in spoken & written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Good training delivery and presentation skills
- Possess good organization skills and experiences in project management
- Basic in Microsoft office skills
