Our client is a well-known and international luxury beauty brand with proven track record, who is looking for a Travel Retail Marketing Manager to join their team for Asia Pacific markets and provide Marketing and Brand support. A candidate with less experience will be considered as Travel Retail Marketing Manager Assistant.

Responsibilities
- To tailor-made marketing plan based on the unique needs and features of different markets i.e China
- To manage all-rounded marketing activities and schedule of Travel Retail including coordinate and execute new product launches
- To work closely with Area Managers, VM and Regional team for marketing and promotion
- To be responsible for managing and controlling the marketing budget
- To provide sales analysis for the TR teams and to maintain databases i.e. counter database and regional pricing and assortment
- To perform ad hoc requests
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years’ marketing experience in travel retail and cosmetic industry
- Fluent English and Mandarin;
- Willing to travel;
- Excellent communication, strategic planning and organization skills;
- Creative, self-motivated, detail-minded and proactive
- Solid analytical skills and meticulous with numbers
- Strong cultural awareness, open-minded, flexible, able to work and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
