Responsibilities
- Maximize retail sales in assigned doors to grow market share, ranking productivity of each counter in the area, whilst protecting and enhancing the image of the organisation
- Supervise, coach and motivate various areas of management
- Responsible for recruitment and team development
- Responsible for image and execution excellence
- Responsible for in-store promotions and events execution
- In charge of Retail Management Projects implementation and follow-up
Requirements
- At least 5-year experience in Retail at supervision level;
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills, with people-oriented supervisory and leadership; skills, experienced in building effective teams;
- Resourceful and able to find solutions to complex situations;
- Customer and sales focus, with good coaching and customer service and negotiation skills;
- Result-driven, highly independent, and responsible with ambition, motivation and dynamism;
- Based in office with most time in the stores and partly in the office.
