Our client is a dynamic major health & beauty company with continuous business growth. To cope with their rapid expansion, they are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop key account and sales team to achieve business targets
- Build and secure the best channel supports to maximize business results
- Analyze trade environment and sales trends to identify channel opportunities and propose appropriate action accordingly
- Liaise with channel partners and maintain effective relationships
- Work closely with marketing team to drive relevant marketing activities
- Ensure sales staff and promoters are capable to sell various types of health supplements and skincare products
- Execute any ad hoc sales projects assigned
Requirements
- 3 or more years of solid experience in sales or key account management in pharmaceutically related areas
- High level of knowledge and understanding in healthcare and skincare products
- Strong self-motivation and drive to succeed
- Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English language
