Responsibilities
- Reported to Director in Hong Kong directly, this leading position has P&L accountability for China market by driving online sales target and managing the e-business operation.
- To be responsible for formulation of business strategies and its effectively execution by leading the team. P&L accountability for the markets and deliver profit objectives.
- To lead communication flow and work closely the team and ensure smooth delivery of the E-commerce websites operation and project management, such as IT, Operation, Logistic and Finance teams from head office;
- To manage the operation of the online platforms including Tmall, JD, Meipai, xiaohongshu Taobao, and other platforms with the China online team.
- To understand customers’ needs and improve website through segmentation, site promotion, content development & search engine optimization, affiliate marketing, develop alliances for content and traffic.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in E-Commerce, Business Administration or other related disciplines, preferably with a Degree holder
- Minimum 8 years’ related experience in E-Commerce with at least 3 years of managerial experience; China exposure and experience in in-house consumer brand/ retail / beauty/ FMCG industry is the must.
- Extensive knowledge of trends on different China social media platforms required
- Integrated marketing communication mindset, solid skills and strategic thinking
- Solid leadership skill is highly preferable

- 管理不同的網上平台,包括:天貓,美拍,小紅書,淘寶及其他國內網上平台
- 負責於市場分割﹑推廣﹑優化搜索引擎﹑聯盟行銷﹑電子業務的聯盟建立等等繼而了解顧客的需以豐富網頁的內容。
入職要求:
- 持有學士學位或完成文憑課程於電子商務,商業行政及其他相關領域
- 於國內有至少8年相關於電子商務的工作經驗及包括3年或以上管理經驗。
- 必須有零售/美容/快速消費品行業的經驗。
- 對於不同中國社交媒體平台的趨勢有廣泛的認知
- 能綜合市場交流的思維模式及策略性思維
- 擁有影響力的領導技巧及廣闊的人脈
