Brand Assistant /Personal Assistant
Our client is a well-known international brand who is being famous for their high quality luxury beauty products. They are looking for great talent for the position of Brand Assistant to join the dynamic team and provide secretarial as well as administrative support to General Manager and their Marketing Team.

Responsibilities
- Providing a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to General Manager and Marketing Team;
- Managing and organizing the schedule of key managers and be responsible for meetings, conferences and business travel arrangements;
- Following up the purchase order and invoice and handing the system update
- Collaborating with external parties including suppliers and vendors to facilitate business process
- Assist in planning and implementing some key team activities and brand events;
- Any ad hoc tasks or projects assigned by General Manager
Requirements
- Higher diploma or above degree in any disciplines;
- Minimum 2 years secretarial, administrative or personal/brand assistant experiences in multinational companies; beauty and retail industry is advantageous
- Excellent in written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Responsible, good multi-tasking skills with positive mindset and attention to details;
- Good at using Microsoft applications and Chinese word processing.
