We offer wide range of makeup products from color, foundation to brushes and the brand is well-known for artistic makeup inspiration from theatrical and performing stage.

Responsibilities
- Report to Area Manager, assisting in day-to-day monitoring of the area
- Support Travel Retail team, based in Hong Kong, in new doors openings, all point of sales operations follow up & daily operations
- Coordinate with distributors, inventory supervisors, clients or other parties in maintaining timely and accurate records
- Provide accurate follow up of expenses, including invoice processing, budgeting
- Assist Brand/ Marketing & Merchandising team in in-store and events execution
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields
- 3-5 years working experience in beauty industry and sales operations or relevant
- Experience in travel retail will be an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Proficient in Chinese Word Processing MS Office, especially in Excel
- Self-motivated, open-minded and flexible with good team spirit
