(Senior) Human Resources Officer – Payroll, Compensation and Benefit
Our client belongs to the world’s largest luxury group and one of their core business unit is now looking for a Human Resources Officer to join their dynamic team and support their growing business. The role is to support the management to handle the payroll and also the full spectrum of compensation & benefit duties for multi-brands. It is an exciting opportunity for someone who desires to build an international career and excel themselves, especially in luxury retail.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for human resources function with full spectrum of compensations and benefits (C & B) for multi-brands including payroll for retail and corporate office
- Responsible for all rounded compensation and benefits functions including salary, pension, taxation, insurance
- Revise company policies and ensure compensation and benefits standards comply with company policies and/or other regulations or legislation
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data i.e. absences, bonus, leave
- Report to assistant manager and work closely with the HR team
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of working experiences of C&B in retail or beauty industry;
- Strong knowledge in C&B practices, salary and benefits administration;
- Highly sensitive to figures and attentive to details with the ability to work under pressure;
- Well versed in Employment Ordinances and other relevant law and regulations;
- Good command of written and spoken in Chinese, English and Mandarin;
- Effective communication and problem solving skill
- Strong time management and able to work independently in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS office applications.
