Assistant Manager, Compensation & Benefits / Senior Payroll Executive (Contract)
Our client is a perfumery, cosmetics, and skincare line of a French house, and belongs to the world’s largest luxury group. The brand is now looking for an Assistant Manager, Compensation & Benefits to join their dynamic team. The position is expected to support full spectrum of compensation & benefit duties. It is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to enter into a high-end brand.

Responsibilities
- Be responsible for regular HR operation, covering payroll calculation and processing, employee medical & life insurance, leave and benefits-in-kinds
- Support new joining and exit administration, including employment contracts preparation, employees’ on-boarding and termination
- Participate in staff cost budgeting, manpower planning, salary and C&B related review and survey.
- Prepare regular corporate reports, monthly staff movement and headcount progress reports
- Involve in HRIS system maintenance and monitoring
- Assist in any ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements
- Degree holder or equivalent level, preferably in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in compensation & benefit, highly preferable in multi-national company
- Good command of English and Chinese, communicative French is a plus
- Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and interact with all levels within the organization
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Proactive, detailed-oriented, adaptable & flexible to changing environment
