Customer Support Staff (Native Japanese / Very Fluent Japanese Speaker)
Our client operates a gaming platform business out of Hong Kong and offers its service to participants/clients from Japan. They are currently seeking for a customer support staff in Hong Kong to response their clients’ inquiries in Japanese. The ideal candidate is someone with native or closet to native Japanese language capacity (oral communication as well as written/reading), with customer support experience. The entire works is through the telephone and the email communications – strong communications skill and willing to help attitude is a must requirement.

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to customers via digital platform and over telephone
- Handle inquiries on product/service information and promotion plan
- Facilitate the operation and follow up the system
- Handle customer survey/questionnaire
Requirements
- Effective communication skills with consumer-centric mindset
- 1-2 years customer service or sales operation experience
- Welcome fresh graduates with positive attitude
- Fluent English and Japanese; native Japanese speaker is highly preferable
- Responsible, good numerical sense and interpersonal skill
