This dynamic brand is looking for a passionate caliber for the role of Store Manager/Retail Manager to lead their energetic frontline team and support the business development in local market.

Responsibilities:
- To lead and motivate a sizable team to provide great customer service and create a pleasant working environment
- To perform store and stock management in accordance to the company’s guidelines
- To boost sales performance and analyze store performance
- To recruit, train, coach and develop team members
- To coordinate with CRM team, HR department and work closely with management on store objectives
- To perform any ad hoc duties
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of store operations or sales management experience
- Fluent in spoken & written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Proven track record of sales generations and retail management
- Self-motivated with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Passionate in retail and able to work in fast pace
- Proficiency in MS office
- Knowledge in Point of Sales System and Client Tracking Systems
