This dynamic brand is looking for a passionate caliber for the position of Assistant Admin Manager to manage the office operations and administrative function for their sizable office team.

Responsibilities
- By reported to Senior HR Manager, this role is to ensure the daily office operations are performed in smooth and efficient manner
- Support the General Manager to carry out administrative and secretarial duties whenever required
- Deliver HR and administration services but not limited to MPF & Insurance enrollments, leave records management
- Assist in organizing and coordinating various employee related activities and projects
- To perform any ad hoc duties
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a sizable organization
- Mature, meticulous with strong time management and organizing skills
- Strong communication skills with people at all level
- Detail-minded and able to work in fast paced environment
- Fluent in spoken & written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Proficiency in MS office
