Human Resources Officer
Our client is a well-known international beauty group and they are looking for a Human Resources Officer to join their dynamic team and support their business need. The role is to support her supervisors to handle compensation & benefit duties mainly. It is an exciting opportunity for someone who desires to taste the multinational dynamic culture and advance themselves. A candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR Officer.

Responsibilities
- To assist the Supervisors to handle daily operations of Compensation & Benefits (C & B) subjects including Leave & Benefits Administration, HRIS system maintenance, HR Analysis and Reporting,
- To support HR and brand teams in handling the monthly payroll
- To follow up the C&B programs and also the related reporting.
- To support any ad-hoc projects
Requirements
- Degree holder preferably major in Human Resources or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in human resources preferably in retail industry/payroll function
- Well versed in HR Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations will be an advantage
- Detail minded, patient with strong numerical sense and strong Excel knowledge
- Good command in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Immediate Available is definitely a Plus.
