Administrative and Operation Assistant / Clerk
Our client is a well-known healthy and beauty company who provides high quality ingredients from Japan and delivers the great services and products to customers. Currently, they are looking for a caliber for the position of Administrative and Operation Assistant / Clerk to join their team and support their business operation

Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of administrative support to Customer Services and Operation team as well as the management;
- Handle the sales order and other related documentation, including packaging of ordered products and delivery;
- Support the operation practices the team in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data in order to uncover information for industry insight and sales performance
- Perform office administration duties including office supplies ordering, maintenance;
- Assist ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education in any disciplines; preferably in business administration or related fields of study;
- 4 years of experiences in retail industry and sales support
- Proficient in computer skills; outstanding skills in excel application ;
- Excellent command of English and Chinese;
- Literacy in Japanese will be definitely preferable;
- Proactive, consumer centric with strong team spirit and a detail-minded character;
