To support their progressive expansion, they are currently looking for an Accounting and Administrative / HR talent to their dynamic team and develop their business in Hong Kong and the region. Job Responsibilities:
- By supporting the Japanese management, they perform daily general accounting duties and operations including account payable, account receivable, monthly schedules, financial analysis and to monitor bank transactions;
- Handle Human Resources duties (including monthly payroll, tax return, MPF and medical administration);
- Provide general administrative support to the team (e.g. mailing and courier service, office equipment administration, facilities maintenance);
- Assist ad-hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
- HKDSE / HKCEE with LCCI Level I or above;
- 10 years working experience with minimum 2-3 years accounting experience;
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin; Japanese is a plus;
- Mature, self-motivated, multi-tasking and able to work independently;
- Immediate available is preferred
- Strong numeric, analytical and detail minded;
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc.;
