Responsibilities
  • To be responsible for handling daily accounting duties and support related clerical work;
  • To perform regular analysis on sales and budget related reports and forecast;
  • To coordinate with frontline sales and store team on sales achievement tracking;
  • To update and maintain in-house database and participate in projects, such as system implementation and enhancement when necessary.
  • To handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma or above in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Administration or related disciplines;
  • 2 years’ relevant experience preferably in retail industry; experience in financial analysis is an advantage;
  • Proficient in MS Office Application, especially Excel;
  • Good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English;
  • Good organization and consolidation skills with numerical sense;
  • Detail-minded, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Accounting and Business Analysis Assistant.
