Our client is a Hong Kong based financial service company, which belongs to a well-known life science and healthcare group with global expansion plan. They are looking for a great talent as their Accounting Manager to strengthen financial team for achieving the business objectives.

Responsibilities
- To maintain effective financial control and reporting system to comply with internal procedures and requirements;
- To lead, supervise and provide guidance to subordinates to complete all accounting tasks;
- To prepare and review reports and monthly management accounts for the group and its subsidiaries;
- To monitor bank accounts of the group and its subsidiaries, support on treasury operations and compile data for treasury related reports;
- To assist in establishing, maintaining and coordinating the implementation of accounting control procedures;
- To liaise with internal & external auditors in completing audits; assist in all tax related matters
Requirements
- Degree holder in Accounting, qualified member of HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent;
- 5 years of relevant work experience with at least 2 years in a local/US listed company & audit experience preferred;
- Familiar with HK & US accounting standards, laws and tax regulations;
- Familiar with FLEX accounting system is an advantage;
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Good leadership skills and able to lead small team; strong analytical and interpersonal skills;
