Our client is a well-known interactive digital marketing agency with continuous business growth, to cope with their organizational development, they are currently looking for a sophisticated senior management as their Director in leading the dynamic account servicing / digital marketing and social media teams

Responsibilities:
- To lead and manage an energetic Account Servicing Team of 20 for driving and executing the account servicing strategy on digital marketing for corporate clients;
- To develop account servicing standard and system internally for accommodating the company needs and industry practice;
- To partner closely with internal teams to understand clients’ business needs and build the corresponding account servicing solutions and value-added proposal;
- As a key team head – be responsible for people training and development and ensure the alignment of customer service standard among the company;
Requirements:
- University or above; major in Marketing, Communications, Media, PR or related discipline is an advantage;
- 8 years of solid experience in account servicing field; with at least 3 years in managerial level who leads a sizable team ;
- Passionate in digital marketing with solid Experience in digital marketing;
- Strong communication, coaching and leadership skills;
- Fluent spoken & written Chinese and English;
- People-oriented; proactive; self-motivated; strong team spirit with customer-center mindset.
