Our client is a high quality beauty and health supplement brand with proven track record, who is looking for the Accounting Officer to join their team. A candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accounting Officer / Assistant Accountant. |
| Responsibilities |
- To handle full set of accounting functions, to be responsible for the preparation of periodical financial reports and analysis;
- To assist in the operation and maintenance of accounting system, ensure the reliability of transaction data;
- To perform audit and legal filing duties, ensure the compliance of laws and regulations;
- To assist in overall general finance function with focus on General Ledger, Account Payable and Account Receivable;
- To be responsible for daily accounting operation, such as data management, cash planning and budgeting as well as inventory control;

| Requirements |
- Tertiary education; preferably in Accounting or Finance discipline;
- Fresh graduates with relevant experience are also welcomed for application
- Multi-tasking, detail-minded, independent;
- Outstanding analytical consideration, quantitative and communication skills;
- With knowledge in using computer-based accounting system will be an advantage;
- Business Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- About 2 years’ working experience in handling any accounting functions
