Analytics Manager/Business Analyst – Regional Marketing
Our client is a leading real estate developer for Hong Kong and mainland China marketing. The company has diverse investment on properties and is still on expansion in different potential market. The company is now looking for an Analytics Manager to join their dynamic service delivery team. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Business Analyst.

Responsibilities
- To conduct behavioral and database marketing planning
- To drive key KPI and insight for CRM tactics formulation and performance assessment program
- To manage group level analytics projects as the base of regular management reports
- To articulate and evaluate analytics requirements
- To support local data analyst on data issues
- To compile market intelligence with the support of local team
Requirements
- Degree holder in statistics, mathematics, science or related business discipline
- 10+ year experience in marketing analytics, with regional exposure is a plus
- Experience in handling large volume data, including mining, segmentation or decision support services with database (e.g. MSSQL Server, Oracle or MySQL), Powered BI, advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint, and other data visualization tools
- Capable of visualizing data using innovative ways and explaining complex data findings to management in a clear, concise and exciting way
- MS SQL Server Stored Procedure skills are a must
- Possess exceptional attention to details, intuitive and able to deliver accurate, relevant and insightful results
- Good commend in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
