Responsibilities
- To monitor retail sales weekly and conduct action plan if needed;
- To recruit the field team and ensure the team is properly managed and motivated;
- To build good relationship with retailers in all levels to gain their support over key competitors;
- To propose newness with suggested quantity to each retailer every quarter and develop monthly sales & stock plan together with each retailer;
- To oversee merchandising and review customer monthly orders for key items covering;
- To prepare budget and monitor expenses twice a year;
- To negotiate and develop monthly trade plan in line with TR strategy;
- To implement marketing plan with excellent locations in peak months;
- To conduct weekly and monthly report on brand, market and competitors’ performance so as to propose marketing strategy and inspire new opportunities.
Requirements
- University graduate major in business or marketing
- Chinese Language is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Minimum 5 years experiences in retailing for P & C is a must
- With fighting spirit, self – driven with passion to & a team player
