Our client is a well-known international luxury fashion brand with proven track record, who is looking for the Area Manager to join their team. A candidate with more experience will be considered as a more senior position.

| Responsibilities |
- To be responsible for overall business strategy and brand; drive sales to achieve company target and deliver it for KPI
- To manage and motivate a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency;
- To ensure retail team operation according to SOP and manage stock levels as well as making key decisions about stock control and ensuring standards for quality and customer service
- To manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control;
- To analyze sales figures and forecast future sales as well as interpreting trends to facilitate planning;
- To provide training for retail team and deal with staffing issues such as hiring, conducting appraisals and performance reviews
- To support seasonal markdown CRM, promotions, displays and events for brand building as well as maintaining and building awareness of market trends
- To update colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues;
- To perform competitors’ analysis and customer initiatives as well as managing profitability, budget and inventories forecast
- To initiate changes to improve the business, e.g. revising opening hours to ensure the store can compete effectively in the local market;

- Degree holder; preferably major in marketing, communications or relevant discipline
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in retail operation, highly preferably in luxury fashion; with exposure in area management, business development and negotiation will be an advantage
- Fluent English and Mandarin; Fluent in Cantonese is a big advantage
- Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills;
- Analytical with strong negotiation and organizational skills;
- Proactive and detail-minded
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as a more senior position
